correct

I only bought clothes on this site, and they corresponded to the photo. Personally, I find that the price is a little above the quality, but we buy a visual or a style rather than the quality.
In my opinion, these are reproductions from photos that can be found on other sites.
And to be sure that it is the right size, you have to check the measurements and if the material is elastic.
This is my third order and I think I would probably do more.
Even if I already had some problems with the delivery, I didn't take the risk of spending a lot for an item.
I haven't had any problems with customer service.

Great customer service

I contact the team over an issue I had and they were excellent and dealt with it straight away.

Always nervous about buying online but shouldn't have worried.

This is just another crappy Chinese rip off site, the sizes are the same so if you order small or xxxl it will be the same and when you email they are rude abusive unhelpful and won't accept refunds unless you pay the return cost even when it's there fault they won't refund and will ignore you and they will break all customer law so AVIOD THIS CRAPPY COMPANY as you will be just throwing money away AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID your reply is as fake as your terms, sizes don't match your Size chart and even though I provided photo proof that shirt was 2 inch small that size chat you say no refund unless I pay for return shipping even though its your fault , again avoid avoid avoid

Beautiful lighting

This is the third time I’ve ordered ceiling lights from Beautiful Halo and haven’t been disappointed. I love their lighting products.

STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO

They do not honor their return policy even if they sell you clothing with the stitching falling out. I attached a photo of just one example out of many. They told me to keep the shirt and take it to a local tailor. They then offered me a 20% discount to keep the shirt. When I asked for a 50% refund they stopped responding. I am not sure what is going on now. Totally fraud rip off of a company. Stay away from them.

Cheap and Nasty

Fantastic website! But don't be fooled.
Very very very disappointed with the packaging and the goods supplied. CHEAP AND NASTY
I'll never buy anything from them again.

Positive experience

I ordered a shirt that arrived as described with no issues. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is down to the long wait for delivery from China. Although I was aware of that before I placed my order.

I agree with the 2 answers above. This company is terrible. Never received my order and they only refunded 66% of my payment because of shipping. IF i actually get a refund

Because this company's customer service standards are very different from US customer service standards. BeautifulHalo is not going to change. If you dont get your item - you're out of whatever you paid. The sizes don't compare even when a buyer uses the charts provided. They will point to the positive reviews as proof they're doing find and imply that negative reviewers are just angry people.

No. They are scammers. I boughtb 3 dresses. When I recieved them almost a month later they looked no where near the description and pictures. Very cheap, they duplicated one of the dresses which I didn't order. Uneven color on one dress, looked. Like some bleach fell on it. Description said midi length... was no where midi lenght. It hit the top of your kneecap. They tried to negotiate by offering me discounts if I kept my order. Finally I had to do a charge back on my mastercard. That was the only way I would get my refund. Btw, the parcel was shipped to me from NJ, yet they wanted me to return to. China. Big cost difference.in shipping. I shipped back to return address.on my original parcel, which.is in NJ.the cost of shipping to China was $60 to $80. Forget it!

I have been trying to return a winter jacket from the that looked very warm and had zippers. NOY ONE ZIPPER! When I contacted them and called them on the product was NOT AS SHOWN, they offered my a discount to keep the item. When I told the that the item was totally useless to me and I just wanted to return the item and get my money back, I never heard back from them. I have escalated this dispute with PayPal (since they claim to make your purchase risk free) and am awaiting a satisfactory outcome. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO. TOTAL SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE YOU INCREDIBLY CHESP ITEMS IN RETURN. I Wouldn't wear this "winter coat" in the Bahamas!

Yes. This company has faulty products that are over priced and they are more beautiful on the website than when you physically receive them. The company will correct or replace the faulty product. The Customer service is very poor.
